Alice Kalbermatter Leaves BVZ Holding AG

Alice Kalbermatter (61) assumed her role on April 1, 2015, and during her time as Head of Finance and Services, she achieved significant accomplishments. Among these were the establishment of the Real Estate division, which has become a crucial stabilizing factor for the corporate group in the volatile tourism environment. The completion of the first phase of the Andermatt Central residential and commercial building in 2019 and the building permit granted for the second phase at the end of 2025 were important milestones in this regard.

Furthermore, Alice Kalbermatter played a leading role in stabilizing the BVZ-owned pension fund and launching a unique employee share ownership program in 2015. In her role as CFO, she placed particular importance on the careful management of public funds received by the MGBahn as a public service contractor for both regional transport and rail infrastructure.

To stay professionally abreast in the important and executive-level responsible area of cyber security, she recently pursued a part-time degree in Cyber Security.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Board deeply regret this personal decision.
