Executive Chef Stefan Lünse has been responsible for the culinary direction of this traditional establishment since May 2025. His vision of a modern, yet grounded and innovative cuisine has already developed into a successful concept. With over two decades of experience in top gastronomy, Stefan Lünse brings an impressive track record: As a long-standing head chef at the Relais & Châteaux Lenkerhof Gourmet SPA Resort in Lenk, he led the restaurant 'Spettacolo' to 16 GaultMillau points and 'Oh de Vie' to 14 points. Previously, he gained experience at renowned establishments such as the Kempinski St. Moritz and the Hotel Giardino Ascona. He is supported by Sous-Chef Jimmy Beck, with whom he has worked for several years.
