01.04.2026, Just in time for the season start, the Association of Swiss Shipping Companies (VSSU) and Reka are setting a strong signal for affordable leisure and excursion opportunities: From April 1 to June 30, 2026, holders of a Reka Card can benefit from an attractive 2-for-1 promotion on day tickets from participating shipping companies. The offer also includes free travel for up to two children under 16.
The discount is granted directly at the ticket purchase at the counter or at the cash desk on the ship – simply show the Reka Card, and the 2-for-1 discount is automatically applied. The promotion is valid for all day tickets on 14 lakes and rivers in Switzerland and can be used as often as desired during the promotion.
"With this offer, we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to discover the diversity of Swiss lake and river landscapes – uncomplicated and at attractive conditions. Families in particular benefit from the combination of price advantage and ease of use," says Stefan Distel, Head of the Reka Money division.
The Reka Card is available from numerous employers and employee organizations with up to a 20% discount, at Coop upon presentation of the Coop Supercard with a 3% discount, or online with a 2% discount.
