For over 10 years, the Lindenhofgruppe has been drawing attention in Bern with the design of trams. As of Saturday, 23 May 2026, they have done so with a new concept. The motto: 'By Your Side. For a Lifetime.'
The focus is on various life stages of people, which are related to the medical services offered by the Lindenhofgruppe. Residents of Bern have a medical partner by their side with the Lindenhofgruppe, accompanying, caring for, and nurturing them from birth to old age. The hospital group's key medical and nursing focuses on women's medicine and obstetrics, oncology, urology, visceral surgery, and the musculoskeletal system are highlighted.

The tram is not only an optical highlight in the city from the outside. Inside the tram, additional information is displayed through tram hangers and window stickers. Photographs depict various interactions between patients and the staff and doctors of the Lindenhofgruppe, making the strong interdisciplinary collaboration among different professions visible and clear.
The new tram can be seen on the high-frequency lines 8 and 9 in Bern's city centre.
