04.11.2025, With the integration of Callpoint and Tempobrain into Avaris CX, a strong Central European provider for customer experience and personnel services emerges under one roof.


Callpoint AG, along with its subsidiary Tempobrain AG, joins the holding company Avaris CX. This strengthens the group's presence in Central Europe, currently operating in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Bosnia. Based in Vienna, Avaris CX, with its existing subsidiaries Embers, Intelia, and Flexia, provides technology-driven service solutions for businesses - ranging from call centre services (inbound and outbound) to back-office services and personnel leasing.

Callpoint, with locations in Basel, Fribourg, and Zurich, employs 600 staff members to provide call centre services in customer service, on-call duty, and helpdesk areas. Tempobrain is a personnel service provider with its own talent pool, offering tailored services in workforce leasing and recruitment.

'With this step, we strengthen our presence in Central Europe and now offer tailor-made customer service solutions in Switzerland under the umbrella of Avaris CX,' emphasises Managing Director Günther Haffner. Co-Managing Director Christian Lang adds, 'Even in the age of artificial intelligence, the demand for professional customer services remains consistently high. In the currently volatile economic environment, flexible solutions for companies are particularly important.'

According to Markus Buser, CEO of Callpoint, the current step opens up long-term success and growth opportunities: 'Investments in modern technologies are becoming increasingly important and are a game- changer.
