• Maximizing the core business through high-quality solutions, end-to-end services, and excellence in execution
• Growth through new opportunities in regions, segments, and applications with high potential

'The global commitment to smarter water management, sustainable cities, and higher energy efficiency in industrial processes opens new opportunities to support our customers with innovative flow solutions. Strategy 2030 sets a clear direction: With our strong portfolio, global presence, and a clear commitment to innovation and sustainability, GF will drive profitable growth and become the global market leader in flow solutions. This will create long-term value for our shareholders,' said Andreas Müller, CEO of GF.
By 2030, GF aims for sales of CHF 4.2 to 4.5 billion, including acquisitions. Organically, the company expects annual growth of 4-6% with the following financial targets:
• EBITDA margin: 16–18% and EBIT margin: 13–15%
• FCF/EBITDA conversion rate: over 50%
• Return on Invested Capital (ROIC): 21–26%
With an estimated investment capacity of CHF 1.8–2.0 billion for the period 2025–2030, GF will continue to focus on growth investments. At the same time, the company aims to reduce the net debt-to- EBITDA ratio to around 2.0x and consistently pay a rising dividend to shareholders.
Showcases with an Innovation Focus At the Capital Markets Day, GF presents participants with a variety of innovative solutions from the three business segments:
Buildings: The rising demand for energy-efficient building renovations and high comfort drives renovation markets. GF showcases its expanded portfolio of heating and cooling solutions, including the new Ecoflex VIP pipe with vacuum insulation technology for heating, cooling, and hot water distribution in local and regional energy networks. This reduces heat loss by up to 60% and installation time by up to 50% compared to conventional pipe systems. Additionally, solutions based on AI (artificial intelligence) provide maximum comfort and additional energy savings in buildings.
Industry: As AI drives the rapid growth of data centers, demand for direct liquid cooling solutions is rising sharply. To meet this need, GF presents its unique, complete polymer system that sets new industry standards in performance and sustainability. The solution enables faster installation times, offers better insulation, optimal flow, reduced pressure loss, and no corrosion. These features lead to higher energy efficiency, improved reliability, and greater added value for customers in the data center sector.
Infrastructure: The global challenge of unequal water balances – from extreme rainfall to increasing water scarcity – drives demand for sustainable infrastructure solutions. Here, GF presents its combined portfolio, including the recently acquired products from VAG and the former Uponor, showing how the company supports cities worldwide in managing water and dealing with outdated water infrastructures.
