23.03.2026, The Franke Group gains an internationally experienced HR expert with Sabine Krauss for the Board of Directors.
With the age-related resignation of Dr. Michael Reinhard, who has been a member of the Board of Directors for seven years, Franke Holding AG is making a change in the body. As of March 19, 2026, Sabine Krauss was newly elected to the Board of Directors and simultaneously joins the HR Committee.
Sabine Krauss has more than 20 years of international experience in Human Resources, Business Transformation, and Leadership Development. She was Chief HR Officer at Hilti AG for around ten years and previously held global leadership roles at Hewlett Packard. Since 2024, she has been actively engaged as a Non-Executive Board Member, Transformation Advisor, and Executive Mentor. Sabine Krauss holds a master's degree in psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology.
