Change of Leadership at SVG: Roger Lütolf to Succeed Dorothee Stich in 2027

11.05.2026, Zofingen - After a quarter of a century at the helm of SVG (Swiss Association for Hospital, Home, and Institutional Catering), Dorothee Stich will hand over operational management to Roger Lütolf on January 1, 2027. The industry connoisseur and experienced marketing expert is expected to strategically advance SVG, position it to meet future challenges, and lead it successfully into the future.
An era comes to an end: Since 2002, Dorothee Stich has led SVG with great prudence, professionalising both the office and the association. Under her leadership, the association cemented its role as an influential voice in Swiss hospital, home, and institutional catering, continuously evolved, and massively expanded its range of services. At the beginning of 2027, she will hand over a well- established office to new hands.
With Roger Lütolf, SVG gains a personality deeply rooted and well-connected in the industry. In addition to valuable industry knowledge, he brings important skills in communication and strategic positioning as the owner of the marketing agency buzz:fun.
"Dorothee Stich has shaped SVG over two decades and established a strong foundation," acknowledges SVG President Thomas Leu, paying tribute to the departing managing director. "With Roger Lütolf, we have found the ideal candidate to continue this success story while setting new impulses - particularly in the area of digital transformation and further enhancing the value for our members."
Roger Lütolf was elected during the 64th SVG General Assembly on 7 May 2026 and will take over the operational management of the association on 1 January 2027.
