At the extraordinary general meeting on July 2, 2026, Jonas Theiler was newly elected to the board
of directors. During the subsequent constitutive meeting, the board appointed him as vice chairman of
the board.
Jonas Theiler (44) has been working for the Artemis Group since 2021 and has been
part of the executive committee since April 2023. Prior to that, he worked in the automotive and finance
industries. In his role at Artemis Asset Management Group, he is responsible for the areas of financial
investments and private participations.
