Christopher Guerin (1972) is a French national with extensive international leadership experience in the global industrial and infrastructure sector. From 2018 to October 2025, he was the Group CEO of Nexans. In this role, he led a comprehensive transformation of the company, strengthening its strategic focus, operational performance, and sustainability profile.
Before his appointment as CEO, he held various leadership positions at Nexans, including responsibility for the Europe and telecommunications business. Previously, he served in senior positions in the industrial and aerospace sectors. He began his professional career at the Alcatel Group and the Linde Group.
Christopher Guerin is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Stäubli (Switzerland). He completed executive education programmes at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.

Together with the proposed election of Ton Büchner, the number of members on the GF Board of Directors would increase from seven to nine. The next GF General Meeting will take place on April 15, 2026, at the IWC Arena in Schaffhausen (Switzerland).
