27.10.2025, Giuliano Lenz assumes ownership of The Gentlemen’s Clinic, specializing in plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as medical cosmetics for men. The trained paramedic and presenter becomes the sole owner of the Clinic, which will celebrate its tenth anniversary next year.
The Gentlemen’s Clinic caters to a national and international clientele. In particular, hair transplants and male breast removals (gynecomastia) have seen a significant increase in demand over the past year, especially among men aged 20 to 60. Thanks to numerous recommendations, personalized care, and extraordinary demand for treatments, the Clinic can already look back on a successful year.
“With our treatments, we help clients so that their personalities are no longer restricted in their daily lives. They regain self-confidence by being the best version of themselves,” defines the new managing director and owner, Giuliano Lenz, his vision for the soon-to-be ten-year-old Zurich Clinic. “Honest and transparent consultations are the foundation of our success for me, and I want to continue building on that,” says the new owner. Lenz also attributes the continued success of The Gentlemen’s Clinic to excellent customer service, the most modern treatment methods, and a superb team spirit.
Giuliano Lenz (34) was originally a paramedic and learned the medical profession from the ground up. “Through my work, I was confronted with various medical conditions and even death from an early stage. This taught me not to take life for granted.” Lenz later became Mr. Baden-Württemberg in Constance and also competed in the Mr. Germany 2018 contest.
The Gentlemen’s Clinic can already look back on a 10-year history, which will be celebrated with a special anniversary next year. In the last five years, Giuliano Lenz has driven the growth of The Gentlemen's Clinic Zurich with his extensive experience and expertise. Initially as CMO, then as COO, and today as CEO and owner.
