The European market is changing. Many EfW facilities are reaching an age where modernization, efficiency improvements, and investments are becoming more important than new constructions. Operators are therefore seeking partners who can accompany their operations in the long term. EnergieLink and JFE Engineering are responding to this development with their partnership, strategically expanding their expertise in the European market.
The two companies complement each other perfectly: EnergieLink specializes in maintenance, modernization, spare parts, and engineering for EfW plants as well as other industrial facilities. JFE Engineering, on the other hand, has decades of experience in planning, construction, operation, and maintenance in Japan and other international markets. Together, the new partners are further expanding their offerings.
The organization and leadership structure of EnergieLink Holding AG remain unchanged. Laurent Ludwig remains Managing Director, Chairman of the Board, and majority shareholder. The parties have agreed to keep financial and contractual details confidential.
