On 10th September 2026, the Issuer Committee of SIX Exchange Regulation granted the Company a final extension of the temporary exemption from the publication of the 2025 annual report until 30th September 2026. Since the Company currently cannot demonstrate it will remain a going concern at least until June 2027, it was unable to complete and publish its 2025 annual report within the stipulated timeframe. The publication of the 2025 annual report is therefore further delayed.
The Company has informed SIX Exchange Regulation that it was also unable to publish its 2025 annual report within the extended deadline. The Company continues to seek short-term financing solutions to meet the group’s going concern requirements and is actively engaging with clients who have indicated their willingness to provide further support, as well as with strategic partners and potential investors.
The Company’s order book remains healthy and has grown in recent months. While Leclanché maintains a positive long-term outlook, the Company continues to face significant short-term constraints in financing, liquidity and production capacity. The Company is working closely with partners to meet its financing needs.
The Company will inform the market of further steps related to its listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
