22.12.2025, The Lindenhof Group has decided on the wage measures for 2026. By increasing the wage bill by a total of 1%, it further strengthens its position as an attractive employer in the healthcare sector.

Despite ongoing economic pressure and the high dynamics in the Swiss healthcare sector, the Lindenhof Group has again decided to increase the 2026 wage bill for its approximately 2,600 employees by 1%. The increase will apply from April 1, 2026.

Michel Zahnd, CHRO of the Lindenhof Group, is pleased with the decision:

"I am impressed by what the employees achieved in 2025 and by their strong motivation to further develop the Lindenhof Group. Market conditions unfortunately remain challenging with a reduction in supplemental insurance remuneration and losses due to the new outpatient tariffs. It is all the more gratifying that we can communicate the 1% increase."

As one of the leading listed hospitals throughout the country, the Lindenhof Group provides care to more than 172,000 patients annually at its three locations: Engeried, Lindenhof, and Sonnenhof. With its decision, the Board of Directors actively supports the Lindenhof Group's goal of being perceived as an attractive employer in the healthcare job market in the future.
