Over the past year, ÖKK has once again significantly expanded its customer base. Today, 237,000 private individuals and 12,600 companies trust in ÖKK's products and services. Around 8,000 new customers joined in the private customer sector. These years of strong growth have led to increased demands in day-to-day business. At the same time, service quality was maintained and customer satisfaction was further increased. In the corporate customer business, the customer base was gently expanded and existing partnerships were strengthened.
ÖKK's solid financial base enables it to operate independently and invest specifically in quality, service, and innovation. In 2025, the company was actively involved in health care through pilot projects, cooperations, and regional initiatives in the canton of Graubünden. Another focus was the preparation for the introduction of the new outpatient tariff system (TARDOC and outpatient flat rates), which replaced the previous TARMED system by 2026. ÖKK supported service providers with information and support offerings, ensuring the organisational and technical foundations were in place.
Strategically, ÖKK sharpened its profile over the past year and clearly focused on core business. With the promise 'Bündnerisch gut versichert,' the company emphasizes clarity, simplicity, and quality.
Peder Plaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors, says:
'2025 shows that our strategic direction is bearing fruit. We are growing on a stable basis and remain
consistently committed to our responsibility towards insurers and partners.'
Simon
Neuner, CEO, adds:
'As a company rooted in the canton of Graubünden, we carry a special responsibility for the people
and health care in our region. In 2025, we actively embraced this responsibility with stable growth,
reliable service quality, and targeted investments in the further development of the health care
system.'
