28.10.2026, Zurich – Three personalities, three disciplines, and a shared passion for winter sports: The 'Opel Team Suisse' is starting with a new lineup. With Aita Gasparin and Isabelle Lötscher, Opel gains two new brand ambassadors in Switzerland. Meanwhile, Nicolas Huber remains loyal to the team and is embarking on a new athletic chapter. All three will be travelling in an Opel Grandland. This realignment consistently fits Opel's involvement in Swiss winter sports.

The 'Opel Team Suisse' is part of a broader commitment by Opel to Swiss sports. As the official vehicle partner of Swiss-Ski in the Nordic and Freestyle categories, Opel is closely associated with Swiss winter sports. This commitment is complemented by a long-standing partnership with the Swiss Sports Aid Foundation, where Opel is engaged as a Platinum Partner.

Under the slogan 'Energize your life', the focus is on an active and sporty lifestyle. The newly formed 'Opel Team Suisse' with Nicolas Huber, Aita Gasparin, and Isabelle Lötscher continues this commitment at the athlete level.

Aita Gasparin: Precision meets endurance

With Aita Gasparin, the 'Opel Team Suisse' gains reinforcement from biathlon. The discipline requires endurance and precision, adding another facet to Swiss winter sports. 'In biathlon, reliability and performance are crucial. These are values I also appreciate in Opel. I'm particularly excited about the top equipment and high comfort of the new Grandland, especially on the many trips to training and competitions,' says Aita Gasparin.

Isabelle Lötscher: Dynamism in the halfpipe

Isabelle Lötscher represents the young generation in snowboard freestyle. In the halfpipe, she combines dynamism and creativity, bringing another discipline to the 'Opel Team Suisse'. 'Snowboard halfpipe means dynamism, freedom, and the ability to go my own way. This connects me with Opel. I particularly like the modern design and generous space for all my equipment in the new Grandland,' says Isabelle Lötscher.

Nicolas Huber embarks on a new athletic chapter

Nicolas Huber is already a familiar face in the 'Opel Team Suisse': The Swiss snowboarder has been part of the team for several years and continues the collaboration with Opel. After a successful career in snowboard freestyle, he is realigning his athletic focus, moving to the snowboard cross and freeride disciplines. 'Opel has been accompanying me for a long time, and the partnership fits perfectly with its dynamism to my sport. The new Grandland, as Opel’s flagship, is the ideal companion for me, whether in everyday life or on the way to the mountains,' says Nicolas Huber.

Three athletes, one team

With Aita Gasparin, Isabelle Lötscher, and Nicolas Huber, the 'Opel Team Suisse' unites three different sporting personalities and disciplines. They all represent the diversity of Swiss winter sports and will be accompanied by Opel off the ski trails and slopes. All three are travelling in the Opel Grandland.

Three different sporting paths, one shared passion: With the new formation, the 'Opel Team Suisse' is starting a new chapter.
