04.05.2026, Partnership for Work Integration: How digital solutions from Swiss Learning Hub connect practice and innovation.

The successful integration of people into the primary labor market presents organizations in Switzerland with increasingly complex challenges. Diverse target groups, increasing demands for digital competencies, and the need for flexible and scalable educational offerings require new approaches. This is where the strength of the collaboration between Swiss Learning Hub AG and its partners in the field of work integration, such as the SAG Foundation and SAH Zurich, becomes evident.

At the heart of these partnerships is a combination of technological know-how, standardized content, and a deep understanding of practice. This synergy enables the development of solutions that are both efficient and tailored to the target audience.

The SAG Foundation, a nationwide foundation focusing on work integration, aims to guide people toward a successful future in the primary labor market. Several years ago, the foundation evaluated a solution for the training and development of employees across all locations and national languages: German, Italian, and French. The selected solution was quickly expanded and is now available not only to employees but also to all participants of the programs.

Key requirements included the automation of personnel management and course assignment, a simple and intuitive platform operation, and a GDPR-compliant cloud solution with data storage in Switzerland. Together, with time2learn Professionals, the Content Creator as an authoring tool, and the modules Events, Skills, and Shop, a central, powerful training and further education solution was created.

Another example of this partnership collaboration is SAH Zurich, which supports people on issues related to work and social inclusion, from information to integration. With more than 20 offerings in education, counseling, and employment, they target individuals with differing needs, such as young people seeking apprenticeships, mothers without formal training, job seekers, and refugees. Starting with an assessment, labor market opportunities are evaluated. The subsequent job search strategy is directly applied in the application process.

As part of the labor market measure 'ICT Assessment'—an application training and coaching for ICT specialists and management—the existing offering was transformed into an e-learning module. In cooperation with Swiss Learning Hub AG, a previous HTML website was integrated into the time2learn Professionals Learning Management System.

With this transformation, SAH Zurich pursues multiple goals: the digital distribution of content, the automation of training processes, the reduction of administrative effort, and the optimization of the organization of in-person events. At the same time, the solution enables sustainable tracking of learning progress and training outcomes.

These examples illustrate the critical importance of close collaboration between technology partner and practice organization. Swiss Learning Hub AG provides not only a powerful platform and standardized content but continually develops its solutions together with its partners to meet real-world requirements. In the time2learn platform, corporate training and further education for professionals is complemented by time2learn Young Talents for the management of learners. The result is a platform that seamlessly integrates into the existing systems environment and is continuously evolving.

This creates digital learning and work integration solutions that are more than just technology: they are tools for real perspectives. By combining innovation, experience, and partnership collaboration, work integration is sustainably strengthened—for the benefit of organizations, participants, and ultimately society as a whole.
