The consistent internationalization strategy of recent years is paying off. Schulthess has significantly expanded its market presence in Europe and Asia and has substantially increased penetration in strategic core markets. Two targeted acquisitions further accelerated the desired growth.
With the acquisition of a Spanish service company, Schulthess Iberia was established. This significantly strengthened the sales and service network on the Iberian Peninsula and created a platform for additional growth in Southern Europe.
With the acquisition of a provider of professional laundry solutions, Schulthess France was established—a significant step to strengthen the position in the strategically important Western European market. At the same time, the service portfolio was expanded with scalable rental and operator models for laundromats.

The stable earnings situation, increased international presence, and further development of the digital ecosystem form a solid foundation for this.
