19.09.2025, The SRG Board of Directors has appointed Severine Schori-Vogt as the new Head of Human Resources at SRG. She succeeds Piero Cereghetti, who is retiring after more than ten years in this role. Severine Schori-Vogt will assume the position on December 1, 2025.
Severine Schori-Vogt brings extensive experience from various positions within SRG. Since November 2024, she has been the interim head of the Development and Offering Directorate (E & A), after serving as Chief of Staff and Deputy Director at E & A since 2019. The lawyer began her career at SRG ten years ago in the legal department, having previously worked for several years at the Swiss Competition Commission.
Severine Schori-Vogt is a member of the board of directors for both SWISS TXT and Mediapulse AG and represents SRG in the organization of the Swiss Radio Day. In addition to her operational activities, she has been consistently engaged in HR matters and has chaired the SRG Diversity Board. Severine Schori-Vogt is married, the mother of two children, and lives with her family in Bern.
She will take over the HR department on December 1, 2025. Piero Cereghetti, who has led the department since 2014 and joined the extended executive management in 2021, will continue to support SRG on special projects for several months post-transition. The E & A Directorate will be integrated into the new organizational structure of SRG as part of the Enavant SRG SSR transformation process.
Central role in the organizational process: In her new role, Severine Schori-Vogt will lead the Human Resources department at a critical time for SRG. As part of the Enavant transformation process, the regional HR specialist teams will now be managed uniformly across SRG - a task of significant strategic importance. "It is crucial to guide employees through the process transparently, fairly, and reliably. This is something I wish to be committed to. I am very much looking forward to taking on a new challenge and actively shaping the transformation and future of SRG along with HR experts from all SRG units," said Schori-Vogt.
