05.01.2026, Due to the tragic events in Crans-Montana on the night of January 1, 2026, SRG has decided to postpone the Sports Gala 'Sports Awards' 2025. Further information about the new date will follow in due course.
In light of the tragic events in Crans-Montana, SRG has decided to postpone the Sports Gala 'Sports Awards' 2025. This decision is made out of respect for the victims and their families, as well as the magnitude of this catastrophe. The scheduled broadcast slot for Sunday evening will be kept free for a possible special broadcast. The 'Sports Awards' 2025 and the honoring of athletes will take place at a later date in the spring. Further information on a possible special broadcast and the new date for the 'Sports Awards' will follow in due course.
