KSW optimised processes and consistently implemented its adopted strategy. Even with increased treatment numbers, the quality of care remained high, as shown by the results of various patient satisfaction surveys.

Back in the Black KSW reports a company profit of CHF 55.1 million. This includes a tariff back-charge due to the tariff agreements reached in 2025: It pertains to the years 2020 to 2024 and results in additional revenue of CHF 37.9 million. The EBITDA margin is 12.0%. Without the tariff back-charge, the profit stands at CHF 17.2 million and the EBITDA margin at 7.3% (previous year 2.1%). 'With the turnaround, we have completed a decisive phase. The 2025 financial results clearly demonstrate that medical quality and economic stability are not opposites, but the result of a clear strategy and consistent operational implementation,' summarises Guido Speck, CEO of KSW.

Focus Areas for Needs-Based Development In a new corporate strategy, KSW defined its positioning as a central hospital in 2025 for the first time: Within its comprehensive offering, it focuses on the areas of obstetrics, tumour treatment, and geriatric medicine. The strategic focus allows KSW to invest purposefully. In 2026, it will now be about consolidating the progress made, according to CEO Guido Speck: 'We secure profitability and strengthen our investment power.'
