27.01.2026, We did it again! After being awarded the prestigious eLearning AWARD in 2025 in the category of eLearning Innovation/Corporate Sustainability for our ESG training, we have excelled again this year by winning in the Knowledge Standardisation category with our SwissPOD Training. Swiss Learning Hub is honoured for developing a pioneering digital training programme in partnership with Swisstransplant, specifically designed for medical professionals in the sensitive field of organ and tissue donation.
The training sets new standards in the quality assurance of medical documentation processes. It combines practical scenarios, interactive elements, and audiovisual learning media to provide medical and nursing professionals not just theoretical knowledge, but also focused support in the safe and consistent recording of clinical data. Standardised data documentation forms a crucial basis to increase national transparency and medical traceability in the field of organ donation in the long term.
Project Objective: - Standardisation of medical documentation in the environment of organ and tissue donation. - Support hospitals and professionals in the correct, uniform, and legally compliant data collection.
Implementation: - Development of a modular, interactive e-learning programme with realistic case studies, screen recordings, and step-by-step demonstrations in the SwissPOD system. - Integration of flip-cards, scrollytelling, and avatar videos to convey complex content comprehensibly and sustainably. - Bilingual availability (DE/FR) and regular content updates in coordination with Swisstransplant and medical experts. - Didactic structure supporting both new employees and experienced professionals, specifically preparing them for quality requirements.
