Inspirations and impulses from lateral thinkers

The program is now set and brings together diverse perspectives from science, practice, and technology. Highlights include the keynote by Prof. Dr. Johanna Gollnhofer (HSG) on «Sustainability with Impact: How to Reach the Masses» as well as the discussion on «Man, Machine & Morality: AI Between Feasibility & Responsibility» with Olga Heuser (DialogShift) and Dr. Alexandra Kaiser-Duliba (HSLU).

Other program points include excursions to innovative projects in the Thal Nature Park, a live podcast recording of the HTR Podcast «Destination Switzerland» with guest Andrin Willi, inputs from Martin Jucker (Jucker Farm) on regenerative agriculture, as well as the benchmark Change Maker Hotels. Joint platform for exchange and networking

With the first joint conference, the three organizations aim to strengthen exchange within the sustainable tourism community and promote practical solution approaches. The event offers space for discussions, inspiration, and new partnerships – across institutions and industries.

ABOUT myclimate «Cause We Care»

myclimate «Cause We Care» is the climate protection and sustainability program for tourism and events. Since 2017, it has enabled businesses and guests to take joint responsibility: Guests make a voluntary contribution, which the businesses double. The funds go into the company’s own sustainability fund, with which local measures are implemented and high-quality myclimate climate protection projects are simultaneously supported. With the new digital platform, businesses have simple tools for CO2 accounting, measures planning, and communication at their disposal. More than 150 partners are already participating, over 9 million bookings have saved 143,000 tons of CO2 and about CHF 18.5 million have been mobilized for sustainable measures.
