With the tour, Phänomena brings science directly to people in different regions of Switzerland. In this experiential world, visitors can discover phenomena of nature, technology, and society. Experiments, installations, and interactive formats make complex topics understandable and invite you to not only see science but to experience it yourself. The overarching theme this year is AI & Robotics.
The fact that Phänomena was designed as a traveling exhibition is no accident. The aim is to reach as many people as possible and bring science to where everyday life takes place. Instead of remaining in a fixed location, the Phänomena experiential world stays on the move, creating new encounters with research, technology, and innovation at each site.
The complete tour of Phänomena:
Dietikon (14th March to 19th April)
Basel (1st May to 31st May)
Yverdon (6th June to 28th June)
Lucerne (4th July to 2nd August)
Altstätten SG (8th August to 23rd August)
Zurich (29th August to 4th October)
Biel (10th October to 8th November)
Thus, Phänomena becomes a wandering experiential space, inviting all ages to marvel, experiment, and discover. For more information about the exhibition, please visit the website. If you have further questions, I am available by phone or email.

Phänomena is the largest mobile experiential world in Switzerland – a place where laws of nature, phenomena, and complex interrelations are impressively brought to life. We bring science directly to people, interactively, accessibly, and inspiringly. We create experiences that resonate deeply and transform how you see the world. Phänomena addresses people of all ages and creates spaces where society and research come together on subjects such as climate, energy, biodiversity, AI & robotics, mobility, space, as well as physics and chemistry.
We implement the educational initiative through two formats: With Phänomena On Tour, our experiential world takes residence for four to eight weeks in Swiss cities like Basel, Dietikon, Zurich, Lucerne, Biel, and possibly Chur. Each year, a completely new experiential world emerges with a new theme, interactive participation zones, digital experiences, and modern design. Here, visitors can experience science first-hand, develop future skills, and delve deeper through local collaborations and educational offerings.
