Trend: Families Book Earlier – Planning Security and Price are Key
Currently, the family share in bookings for summer 2026 is at 40 percent. Popular summer destinations among TUI guests with children include Greece, Turkey, and Egypt, as well as Spain. Families need planning security. They book early to secure large family rooms and attractive prices. Flexible tariffs and clear cost structures are crucial for this. All-Inclusive remains the preferred catering option for families – about 70 percent choose it.
Package Holidays with Children from 149 CHF
From now on, the large TUI family campaign applies to flight package holidays: Children travel in the period from May 1 to September 30, 2026, starting from 149 CHF – even during the summer holidays. This year, TUI guests can choose their accommodation at particularly low children's prices from around 200 family-friendly hotels and clubs. In addition, selected holiday resorts, such as TUI Magic Life, also offer attractive discounts on the club price for teenagers up to 15 years.
Children Stay for Free
In numerous family hotels in Germany, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Poland, and France, holidays are even free for children: With their own travel arrangements, children up to 11 years stay free in their parents' room – regardless of the length of stay. Also, in selected Robinson Clubs, for example in the Maldives, children up to 14 years only pay for the flight.
More Choice: New Family Hotels in Summer 2026
TUI is significantly expanding its offerings for families. A real highlight next summer: The new TUI Kids Club Gardaland Magic in Italy with large family rooms, German-speaking childcare, and Half Board Plus. Unbeatable extra: Unlimited entry to the Gardaland, Sea Life, and Legoland Water Park. For children, this means endless adventures and for parents, relaxed days by the lake. On the southern coast of Sardinia, the newly built TUI Blue Pardu combines stylish design with Italian Dolce Vita. The also newly constructed TUI Blue Aura Maris is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Caorle and delights families and sports fans with numerous sports options on the beach, an infinity pool with a separate children's area, and two spacious rooftop terraces. There are also new destinations to choose from. For the first time, Monastir and Araxos/Patras enrich the family campaign with an attractive portfolio.
Inclusion at TUI Blue on Holiday: Sensory Rooms for Neurodiverse Children
TUI Blue is developing special sensory rooms for families with neurodiverse children. The rooms offer a calming environment with soft lighting and interactive elements for relaxation. The launch will take place in summer 2026 in three family hotels: TUI Blue Tropical on the southern Turkish Aegean, TUI Blue Palm Garden on the Turkish Riviera, and TUI Blue Atlantica Aeneas Resort in Cyprus. The offer is complemented by inclusive activities such as 'Parent & Baby Sensory Adventures' and family programmes for emotional regulation.
