24.03.2026, Valiant Holding AG today released its reports for the 2025 fiscal year.
The Annual Report of Valiant Holding AG is divided into the chapters Management Report, Corporate Governance, Compensation Report, and Financial Report. It begins with an interview with the Chairman of the Board Markus Gygax and the CEO Ewald Burgener, as well as a message to the shareholders.
The Sustainability Report, published as an independent document, includes climate reporting in accordance with the internationally recognized recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). For the first time, the Climate Report has also been made machine- readable according to the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) taxonomy.
