An award that comes from the employees: The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey conducted in June by the independent organization Great Place to Work. Allianz Suisse performs particularly well in the areas of fairness and equal treatment - regardless of gender, origin, or sexual orientation. The high sense of security at the workplace and the respectful and supportive interaction with each other are also rated very positively. A pronounced collegiality and strong team cohesion are also reflected in the results, as is the pride of the employees in their work. In addition, a comprehensive Culture Audit was created, describing the programs, measures, and structures with which Allianz Suisse promotes a culture of trust-based and employee-oriented workplace.
Culture as a strategic success factor
'We are proud of this renewed award. It shows that our commitment to a strong corporate culture is paying off,' says Hanna Brunner, Head of People and Performance Management. 'The certification is an achievement of our employees. They embody what makes Allianz Suisse unique as an employer every day.'
Allianz Suisse sees the certification as an incentive to continuously develop the workplace culture. The feedback from the employees flows into ongoing measures to create an even better working environment together.
