The task and ambition of the destination is to preserve these wonders, to make them accessible and experiencable – 365 days a year. Behind every W.O.W. lies commitment and creativity, seeing the existing with new eyes, and enriching it emotionally.
With the highlight clip by Anthill Films featuring Nico Vuniger and Didier Cuche, the LMS laid the foundation for the new brand world and development strategy a year ago. Today it is clear: Small and big wonders were made visible, new impulses were set, and existing strengths were showcased.
Year-round Experience – With Clear Brand Architecture As a year-round destination, Lenzerheide aims to increase occupancy throughout the year. While winter still plays a crucial role, the summer months are increasingly coming into focus. A clear brand architecture provides orientation: The Arosa Lenzerheide ski area and the Bike Kingdom are the seasonal beacons of the world of wonders Lenzerheide, complemented by events such as the Zauberwald, the Biathlon World Championships, and the Mountain Bike and Ski World Cup.
From Marketing to Management Organization In the course of this development strategy, Lenzerheide Marketing and Support AG is transforming more and more from a classic destination marketing organization into a modern destination management organization. The focus in the future will be even more on offering and experience development, events, guest relations as well as marketing and communication – for a holistic guest experience. Here, the LMS plays a central role in moderation, coordination, and networking within the region.
Making W.O.W. Experiencable Together The first footprints of the movement are already visible: Projects like winter glamping, trail gate staging, or creative collaborations with schools show how creativity, commitment, and cooperation enrich the experience space.
A special highlight is already ahead: On December 6, the W.O.W. Plaza will start its second winter as part of the season opening. After the successful start last year, the concept has been further developed and offers even more W.O.W. The plaza is a meeting point for locals and guests, a stage for shared experiences and a symbol of the liveliness of the world of wonders. At the same time, the church in Churwalden will once again shine – illuminated by projections of children's drawings. This way, the students of Churwalden create a warm, bright gateway into the world of wonders.

Case Clip for the Anniversary For the first anniversary, a case clip was created that impressively stages the W.O.W. development of the past twelve months. It shows the power of nature, the commitment of the region, and the enthusiasm of the guests – and at the same time symbolizes the transformation of the LMS from a marketing to a management organization, driven by the clear vision of W.O.W. and world of wonders.
With W.O.W. – world of wonders, Lenzerheide is ready to write further chapters full of small and big wonders – for everyone who wants to experience W.O.W.
